And we believe in you.

ABOUT THE POSITION
Although we're an apparel and footwear-focused company, technology is central to everything we do. Columbia Sportswear's Digital Technology (CDT) group enables an IT infrastructure and applications across four global brands, a global supply chain, and 500+ geographically dispersed stores. These teams support in-store, mobile, and data platforms to enhance customer interface and service in an ever-evolving industry.

The Senior End User Compute (EUC) Engineer is a hands on technical contributor responsible for designing, building, and supporting Columbia's end user device ecosystem, including Windows PCs, Macs, mobile devices, printing, and virtual computing. This role focuses on executing and sustaining endpoint management solutions, supporting security and compliance requirements, and ensuring reliable day to day operations across the global device fleet. The Senior EUC Engineer partners closely with the Principal EUC Engineer and broader infrastructure teams to implement standards, deliver enhancements, and keep the endpoint environment running at a high level of stability and performance.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

  • Design, build, support, and maintain endpoint management solutions across Windows, macOS, and mobility platforms, with primary focus on Windows endpoints.
  • Support cloud based endpoint configuration management, security controls, and application deployment systems.
  • Execute lifecycle management activities including OS upgrades, tooling enhancements, patching, and decommissioning.
  • Collaborate with architecture, security, and support teams to implement endpoint designs, standards, and improvements.
  • Create and maintain runbooks, technical documentation, and operational procedures for supported endpoint services.
  • Provide monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting that results in actionable remediation.
  • Perform senior level escalation support for end user compute incidents and participate in incident response and on call rotations.
  • Support compliance and audit needs by implementing documented controls and ensuring secure access to endpoint systems.
  • Contribute to automation, deployment pipelines, and operational tooling to improve efficiency and reliability.

YOU ARE

  • A strong hands on endpoint engineer who enjoys building, fixing, and improving real production environments.
  • Comfortable operating within established architectures while contributing ideas and improvements as systems evolve.
  • Detail oriented and methodical, with a focus on reliability, security, and operational excellence.
  • A collaborative partner who works well across infrastructure, security, and support teams.
  • Calm and effective during incidents, able to troubleshoot complex OS and application issues under pressure.
  • Someone who values documentation, standards, and doing things the right way-even when things move fast.

YOU HAVE

  • 3+ years of professional experience supporting and managing enterprise endpoint environments.
  • Strong hands on experience using Microsoft Intune (or similar tools) for device management and application deployment.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills across Windows OS, endpoint applications, and device configuration issues.
  • Experience supporting endpoint security controls, patching, and compliance workflows.
  • Familiarity with automation and scripting (PowerShell preferred) to support deployments and operational tasks.
  • Experience with macOS management and tools such as Jamf is a plus, but not required.
  • Experience administering Microsoft 365 is a plus, but not required.
