Overview

Platform Engineer III - End User Technology role will provide expertise in technical products and services that support associate technology needs in the workplace. Designing setup, installation, currency, and support flows for all technology in the end user space. They are expected to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment leveraging forward-thinking technical engineering expertise across end user computing and mobility technologies in support of our brands.

Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations includes Salisbury, NC, Quincy, MA and Chicago, IL.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities
  • Provide 3rd-level technical support, setup and installation of End User Compute & Mobility Technology solutions across the corporate and retail landscape.
  • Assist End User Technology team in testing new and existing products and services that support end user productivity across ADUSA. Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Azure Virtual Desktop, and end point management tools are included in this scope.
  • Accountable for designing the processes around setup, installation, patching, and support of end user compute and mobility devices and management solutions across corporate and retail locations.
  • Ability to communicate clearly written or verbal regarding incident, project or status updates.
  • Maintains a high level of individual contribution, professional growth, and ability to function effectively independently and work well within a team.
  • Work closely with EUT Architecture and Support Delivery partners to ensure EUTO solutions are working as designed and driving continual service improvement via data analysis and technical solutioning.
  • Collaborate and drive the performance of supplier partners to ensure delivery of contractual service targets.
Requirements
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field or equivalent job experience.
  • 3-5 years' extensive technical experience with endpoint management systems (e.g., MS Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Admin Portal).
  • 5+ years' End User Computer & Mobile Technology support experience (Design/Installation/Configuration/Support).
  • Demonstrated experience with managing/deploying and supporting End User Computer and Mobility Technology in a widely distributed enterprise environment.
  • Ability to develop detailed solution designs and implementation documentation.
  • Extensive experience troubleshooting and resolving issues with End User Technology systems.
  • Ability to manage own work time and priorities in accordance with aggressive timelines and budgets.
  • Demonstrated experience working with multiple support partners and external teams to deliver solutions.
  • Proven record of cultivating strong internal and external relationships that help drive successful intercompany initiatives.
  • Deliver above-board customer service with a positive attitude!

  • Agile Product Management Methodologies.
  • Azure/Intune experience for end user device management.

Salary Range: $125,040 - $187,560
