Experience Requirements - Mid-Level Encompass Developer
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience with ICE Mortgage Technology's Encompass LOS platform in a configuration or development capacity.
  • Proficient in customizing input forms, field triggers, business rules, and milestone workflows.
  • Experience building and maintaining custom Encompass plug-ins using the Encompass SDK (C# or VB.NET).
  • Strong understanding of loan origination processes across retail, wholesale, and correspondent channels.
  • Proven experience with Encompass Partner Connect (EPC) integrations or web service-based third-party integrations (e.g., Credit, VOE/VOI, Title, MI).
  • Familiarity with MISMO standards, XML/JSON data formats, and API tools like Postman.
  • Experience working with Encompass Reporting Database for custom reporting or pipeline analytics.
  • Ability to troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis within the Encompass environment.
  • Experience collaborating with business analysts, loan ops teams, and vendor partners to refine requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
