We are seeking an experienced Encompass Senior Developer with strong expertise in API development, plugin customization, and Encompass configuration to support mortgage lending platform enhancements and integrations. The role involves designing scalable solutions, integrating Encompass with enterprise systems, and driving technical excellence across the application lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement Encompass customizations, including business rules, workflows, and system configurations.
Build and enhance Encompass SDK-based plugins to extend platform capabilities and improve user experience.
Develop and integrate REST/SOAP APIs using Encompass Developer Connect and other integration frameworks.
Configure and manage custom forms, input forms, field triggers, and data mappings within Encompass.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate mortgage domain requirements into technical solutions.
Integrate Encompass with external systems such as LOS, CRM, credit bureaus, document management, and reporting platforms.
Ensure application performance, security, and compliance with banking/regulatory standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, providing L3 support where required.
Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of development experience with strong hands-on expertise in Encompass (Ellie Mae / ICE Mortgage Technology)
Proven experience in:
Encompass SDK / Plugin development (C#, .NET)

Business rules, workflows, and configuration within Encompass
Strong programming skills in C#, .NET, Web APIs, SQL Server
