Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-orientedindividual to join our team as a Labguru - Encoding & Deployment SupportSpecialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the successfuldeployment of the Labguru application within our Vaccines R&D facilitylocated in Rockville, MD. Your primary responsibility will be to encode anddeploy laboratory inventory data into specific Excel templates for seamlessintegration into the Labguru system.

Key Responsibilities:

Encoding New Inventory Data:

  • Conduct thorough inventory assessments of laboratory freezers and shelves.
  • Accurately encode inventory data into Labguru's designated Excel templates.
  • Upload data into the Labguru system and troubleshoot any errors that may arise.

Translating Existing Inventory:

  • Analyze the current inventory formats (Excel, PowerApp, AdobeDB) with the guidance of our business analysts.
  • Collaborate with the business team to determine how to translate existing data into Labguru's Excel templates.
  • Execute the translation process ensuring data accuracy.
  • Upload data into Labguru and resolve any potential errors.

 Qualifications:

Experience and Knowledge:

  • Previous experience in a clinical environment is considered an asset.

 Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Good knowledge of Excel's macro language is a valuable asset.

 Language Proficiency:

  • Native-level proficiency in English is required.

 Thisis a temporary position expected to last through 2023.
