  • Help transition validated use cases into repeatable, platform-embedded capabilities by supporting integration into standard processes and seller workflows.
  • Coordinate execution across AI, technology, innovation, risk, and business teams to accelerate deployment and maintain alignment across initiatives.
  • Support enablement, adoption, and continuous improvement through training, communications, success measures, usage monitoring, customer relationship management hygiene, and knowledge reuse practices.

A successful candidate would possess these skills:

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to build and sustain professional relationships
  • Ability to lead projects or workstreams
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to provide clear guidance to others

The team

Join a team at the forefront of AIpowered pursuit modernization - directly shaping how sellers and pursuit teams plan, execute, and scale highquality pursuits through automation, trusted data, and platformembedded workflows. This team is helping shift the organization from ad hoc experimentation to a repeatable, scalable, and governed modernization capability-improving pursuit velocity, quality, and consistency while reducing risk, rework, and tool sprawl.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 6+ years of experience in operations, sales enablement, consulting, or program delivery
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of experience using enterprise collaboration and productivity tools, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and supporting virtual enablement sessions
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience using artificial intelligence (AI) and/or generative AI tools for research, content development, workflow automation, or knowledge synthesis
  • Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

  • Experience integrating AI-enabled workflows into platforms used by sales teams and supporting training, enablement, and reinforcement
  • Experience supporting or contributing to government pursuits, including proposal development environments and seller or pursuit workflows
  • Experience with process mapping, workflow design, or translating business needs into user stories, process flows, or requirements
  • Experience coordinating business, risk/compliance, and technology stakeholders in a matrixed environment to support adoption of new capabilities
  • Experience with governance for AI-enabled processes, including guardrails, intake, usage standards, risk controls, and measurement
  • Experience supporting proposal development use cases, including storyboarding, content development or review, and knowledge reuse using GenAI
