  • Drive go-to-market execution across the product lifecycle, including launch preparation, adoption, and ongoing growth.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure aligned, consistent, and compelling messaging across all customer touchpoints.
  • Contribute to and help shape targeted campaigns that generate leads and support pipeline growth.
  • Participate in customer-facing events, workshops, and training sessions to enhance sales effectiveness and market engagement.
  • Establish feedback loops with sales teams and customers, continuously improving messaging, tools, and enablement strategies based on performance and evolving market needs.
To succeed, you will need
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience in sales enablement, product marketing, or a related role, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling, customer-focused messaging.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.
  • Analytical mindset with experience interpreting customer feedback, market trends, and performance data into actionable insights.
  • Experience supporting product launches, campaigns, or go-to-market initiatives
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%.
