Our team is passionate about delivering precision, efficiency, and exceptional customer experiences.Role Overview:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our EMS sales team. The role focuses on managing customer orders, maintaining accurate ERP records, and ensuring timely communication with clients regarding purchase orders and bills of materials (BoM). The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong organizational skills, and enjoys building relationships with customers.Key Responsibilities:·Enter and manage sales orders, bills of materials (BoM), and related data in the ERP system accurately and timely.·Follow up on customer purchase orders (POs), ensuring clarity, confirmation, and timely processing.·Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status, delays, or discrepancies.·Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.·Support sales team with quotations, order confirmations, and documentation as needed.·Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and order history in ERP.·Identify opportunities to improve internal processes related to order management and customer communication.·Assist in resolving customer inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally.Qualifications:·Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field preferred.·1–3 years of experience in inside sales, order management, or ERP data entry (EMS experience preferred).·Proficiency in ERP software (experience with Cetec ERP or similar is a plus).·Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.·Excellent verbal and written communication skills.·Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines.·Team player with a customer-focused mindset.
