What You'll Do:

  • Learn and assist in operating the aluminum dip braze process, a key stage in manufacturing aerospace-grade components.
  • Operate equipment such as Positech hoists and FANUC robots with hands-on training and supervision.
  • Monitor and maintain salt bath chemical levels and perform routine maintenance checks on a weekly basis.
  • Produce and process parts daily to meet quality and production targets.
  • Follow strict safety protocols and always wear required PPE (face shield, gloves, apron, etc.).
  • Participate in ongoing training, team briefings, and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws. As a condition to this job offer, in order to be employed in this position, you must be able to obtain an U.S. Government export license(s), as required by law.
