Technical Support Associate – Hiring Now!

San Jose, CA 

We're seeking a Technical Support Associate to support enterprise server, storage, and networking environments in a fast-paced data center setting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, Windows/Linux, and basic network issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues involving x86 server hardware, BIOS, drivers, and system components.
  • Perform rack and stack, cabling, hardware break/fix, system diagnostics, and equipment installations.
  • Escalate complex issues and document all support activities.
  • Partner with engineering and operations teams to maintain data center uptime.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience servicing complex x86 server systems and components.
  • 1+ year of experience in a customer support, technical support, Help Desk, or Service Desk role.
  • Strong hardware system diagnostics skills and understanding of BIOS, drivers, and application-related issues.
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and enterprise server systems.
  • Familiarity with server, storage, networking, and ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, etc.).
  • Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with BIOS, firmware updates, and hardware diagnostics is a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a data center environment.
