Job description

Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a customer focused, highly motivated and ambitious customer service representative. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Duties

  • Check incoming returned products, verify that the items are correct and note any missing accessories or parts.
  • Record the part # and tracking # in an excel file.

Requirements

  • Standard communication skills in English.
  • General computer skills, including data entry in Excel.

Additional

  • Must be able to lift boxes 30-40lbs each.
