Job Title: Part-Time Financial Coach (Contractor) Location: Remote โ€“ Based in Israel About us: MSA is the national leader in financial well-being services. On average we see our members: Boost credit scores by 54pts Add $6,328 in emergency savings accounts Swell retirement savings by more than 4.4% per year Rescue $890 in monthly discretionary income Overview We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Partโ€Time Financial Coach based in Israel to provide unbiased financial education and coaching to employees as part of their employerโ€sponsored benefits package.

The role involves offering personalized, oneโ€onโ€one financial coaching sessions on topics such as budgeting, debt reduction, credit improvement, retirement planning, investment education, insurance, and home buying. This is a fully remote position available to candidates outside of the United States. Coaches will deliver unbiased, nonโ€salesโ€driven coaching tailored to each employee's unique financial situation.

Key Responsibilities Provide personalized financial coaching to employees in oneโ€onโ€one virtual sessions (30 minutes each). Cover a variety of financial topics, including budgeting, debt reduction, credit management, retirement planning, investment education, insurance basics, and home buying. Offer unbiased coaching that focuses solely on educating and empowering employees without any sales or promotion of financial products.

Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with employees. Tailor coaching and resources to employees' individual needs, goals, and financial circumstances. Utilize digital tools (e.g., video conferencing platforms) to conduct coaching sessions remotely.

Track session completion and provide brief documentation of topics covered. Qualifications Proven experience in financial coaching, financial planning, or personal finance education. Strong knowledge of financial topics, including budgeting, debt management, retirement planning, credit improvement, investments, insurance, and home buying.

Ability to explain complex financial concepts in an easyโ€toโ€understand manner. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Familiarity with confidentiality and ethical practices in financial education.

Access to reliable internet and the ability to work remotely. Proficiency in English is required, along with fluency in the country's native language if it differs from English. Preferred Qualifications Certification in financial coaching or planning is highly desirable but not required.

Experience working with diverse populations and financial situations. Fluency in English and additional languages is a plus. Knowledge of financial systems and practices in multiple countries is helpful.
