The Impact You'll Make The Accounting Clerk/Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for managing the accurate and timely processing of accounts receivable transactions, employee expense reports and supports other processes as necessary. This role ensures that customer invoices are properly documented, verified, and cash applied in accordance with company policies. This position plays a key role in maintaining strong customer relationships and upholding financial integrity within the organization. What You'll Be Responsible For
  • Processes and posts all customer receipts
  • Prepare bank deposits
  • Provides customer with copies of missing invoice(s) and supporting documentation of their account
  • Uploading invoices to customers third party websites
  • Emailing invoices to customers
  • Sorting & matching Bills of Lading
  • Reports and follows up on customer short pays
  • Supporting collections as necessary
  • Provide bank account reconciliation support
  • Review and support employee expense reporting
  • Other tasks as assigned
What you bring
  • Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience)
  • Previous experience in accounts receivable, general accounting or a related finance role
