Employee Services Supervisor

Reports to: Human Resources Manager
Category: Full-Time, Year-Round
Salary Range: $55,000-60,000

SUMMARY
The Employee Services Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring a positive and organized experience for employees, from travel and housing coordination to uniform management and onboarding support. This position oversees essential employee logistics, supervises Shuttle Drivers, and partners with the Human Resources team to support orientation and employee engagement efforts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to creating a welcoming environment for all team members.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Employee Travel & Housing Coordination
- Arrange and confirm employee travel to and from Juneau
- Distribute housing preference forms, assign housing units, and collect signed housing agreements
- Maintain and regularly update the housing deduction board
Uniform & Supplies Management
- Maintain the uniform room and ensure proper inventory levels during the season
- In the off-season, conduct uniform inventory, manage ordering, and prepare uniforms for the upcoming year
Shuttle Operations Supervision
- Supervise Shuttle Drivers and manage their schedules to ensure timely and efficient transportation services
HR Support & Employee Engagement
- Assist the HR team with employee onboarding, including orientation events and materials
- Support planning and coordination of employee engagement events throughout the season
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Ability to lift and move uniform inventory (up to 25 lbs)
- Frequent walking, standing, bending, and organizing materials
- Office setting with occasional work in housing units or transport areas
- Flexible schedule may be required during peak onboarding and travel times
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, or related field preferred
- Prior experience in employee services, logistics, HR support, or operations coordination preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn scheduling or HR systems
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Valid driver's license required
