Overview

Employee Services (Human Resources) Manager (Regional)Reports To: Regional Chief of StaffDepartment: Employee ServicesLocation: Regional; frequent travel within assigned region required

Position Summary

The Employee Services Manager is responsible for leading and executing regional HR dutieswhile serving as the primary HR advisor to leadership and employees across the region.This role collaborates with the Market HR leaders, drives region-wide HR initiatives,ensures compliance with employment and labor regulations, and oversees regionalonboarding, investigations, payroll processing, and employee lifecycle programs. This rolepartners closely with Corporate HR, Legal, Payroll, Risk, Talent Acquisition and Safety teamsto ensure consistent, compliant HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management Partner with, coach, and develop Market Area HR leaders Set priorities, assign work, and ensure accountability Serve as an escalation point for complex HR, safety, and employee relations issues

Regional HR Strategy & Projects Drive region-wide HR projects and implementations including handbooks, policies,processes, and programs Lead compensation-related initiatives including pay plans, merit increases, andemployee review processes Ensure consistent execution and adoption of HR initiatives across all regional locations Regional team member onboarding Own Open Enrollment benefit process

Compliance, Investigations & Risk Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies Oversee payroll compliance, termination processes, overtime guidelines, and safetyrequirements Conduct and oversee workplace investigations in a timely and compliant manner Respond to legal inquiries and partner with Legal/Apex for appropriate escalation andresolution

Onboarding, Offboarding & Employee Lifecycle Oversee regional onboarding processes using ADP and iCIMS Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant execution of onboarding documentation andHRIS system setup Manage regional exit interview processes and analyze trends for leadership insightsPayroll Oversight Manage regional payroll processing in partnership with Corporate Payroll Ensure payroll accuracy, timeliness, and wage and hour compliance Resolve payroll issues and escalations impacting employees or leadership

Qualifications

Education & Experience 3+ years of progressive HR experience with people management responsibility Experience supporting regional or multi-site operations preferred Hands-on experience with ADP, iCIMS, workplace investigations, compliance, andpayroll oversight

Skills & Competencies Strong leadership and team management capabilities along with a collaborativeapproach to problem-solving Deep knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and risk management Proven ability to lead large-scale HR projects and process improvements Excellent judgment, discretion, and communication skills
