Purpose :
TheHR Business Partner (HRBP) supports Sinceri Senior Living's mission ofproviding exceptional care by partnering closely with Executive Directors andcommunity leadership teams. This position provides guidance and support in theareas of employee relations, performance management, investigations, and policyinterpretation. The HRBP helps ensure consistency, fairness, and compliancewith company standards and employment law while fostering a positive andengaging workplace culture.
Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in human resources,preferably within the healthcare, senior living, or service industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws andHR best practices.
• Proven ability to conduct and manage employeeinvestigations.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonalskills.
• Ability to build strong relationships and influence leadersat all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in afast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel on occasion to assigned communities.
Essential Functions:
• Provide coaching andguidance on employee relations matters, including complaints, performanceconcerns, and conflict resolution.
• Conduct or assist withinvestigations related to employee complaints, policy violations, or workplaceissues; ensure timely documentation and follow-up.
• Collaborate with leadersto promote positive employee engagement and retention strategies.
• Ensure consistentapplication of company policies and practices across all assigned communities.
• Support leadership inadministering corrective actions and performance improvement plans in alignmentwith company values and legal compliance.

• Partner with HR and Operations leaderships on workforce planning, turnover analysis, and other key HR metrics.
• Assist with training anddevelopment efforts for community leaders regarding HR practices, compliance,and employee management.
• Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned communities, building strong partnerships with Executive Directors and department leaders.
• Provide input andrecommendations for process improvements within HR operations.
• Maintain confidentialityand handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
• Participate in special HRprojects and initiatives as assigned.
• All other duties asassigned.
