Job Description:
We are seeking a OMS Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive strategic visibility and business value realization for Order Management, Fulfillment, and Delivery platforms. The role will partner across engineering, product, and business teams to define business KPIs, measure platform impact, and translate complex technical initiatives into executive-level narratives and value stories.
Key Responsibilities
โ€ข Define and track KPIs for OMS, fulfillment, and omnichannel initiatives.
โ€ข Translate platform capabilities into measurable business outcomes and executive communications.
โ€ข Develop leadership presentations, dashboards, and value realization reports.
โ€ข Drive alignment across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders.
โ€ข Support roadmap planning and strategic platform positioning.
Qualifications
โ€ข 10+ years in Technical Program Management, Product Strategy, Consulting, or related roles.
โ€ข Experience with OMS, order fulfillment, inventory, and delivery platforms.
โ€ข Strong communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills.
โ€ข Proven ability to connect technology investments to business outcomes.
