Job description

We are looking for a passionate Talent Development Manager to help shape the future leaders of our company. This role will focus heavily on building organizational capability, employee growth, and leadership development.
You will design and drive initiatives that strengthen our leadership pipeline, support career development, lead training efforts for key roles and foster a high-performance learning culture. You will also manage our Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure employees have access to impactful learning experiences that support their growth.
  • Drive talent management processes, including talent reviews, succession planning, and high-potential development.
  • Build structured career development pathways and internal mobility opportunities.
  • Design, deliver and facilitate leadership and development programs.
  • Create learning content for key areas/roles, including the instructional design.
  • Lead initiatives that strengthen organizational capability, culture, and team effectiveness.
  • Manage and continuously improve the Learning Management System (LMS), including learning content, training tracking, and reporting.
  • Partner with leaders and HR teams to assess and identify development needs and create targeted learning solutions.
