Role Overview
We are seeking a Program Manager for up to an 18-month engagement to manage the day-to-day operations of a large external developer partner program. The goal is to automate these operations. • Intake and process partner-submitted technical and contact information.
  • Track agreement and terms signature status and communicate updates to partners.
  • Validate, submit, and track technical configuration and domain requests with the engineering team.

  • Own partner communication through a shared email alias and a public technical community.
  • Track and manage partner issues, extensions, and escalations.
  • Serve as a liaison between external partners and internal technical teams.
  • Run recurring lifecycle reviews, including inactivity, low engagement, and re-validation cycles.
  • Support quarterly commercial operations, including usage-based invoicing and payment tracking.
  • Report program status and progress to stakeholders.
  • Build workflow automations with Power Automate and AI tools to replace repetitive manual steps.
  • Maintain process documentation to ensure a clean handover at the end of the engagement.

  • Experience working with external partners or managing a partner program.
  • Previous enterprise and technical industry client experience required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for external audiences, including the ability to deliver negative news diplomatically.
  • Ability to read technical documentation and API references and translate them into practical guidance for third-party developers.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, as the role involves rule-based validation where accuracy is critical.
  • Hands-on experience automating processes with Power Automate or equivalent tools and using AI to eliminate repetitive work.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with work-item/ticketing tools such as Azure DevOps (1+ years).
  • Familiarity with web protocols, APIs, and DNS/domain ownership.
  • Light scripting skills in Python or PowerShell.
  • Experience with usage-based billing.
