Job description

Marketing Coordinator - CGC - Cards
The Certified Collectibles Group is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for its card grading division, which is the fastest-growing card grading service in the hobby.  General areas of responsibility include the development of marketing deliverable materials, assisting in integrated marketing campaigns, coordinating with our international teams, and acting as a liaison with outside marketing agencies, partners, and vendors.
Specific responsibilities include:
  • Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives that support company objectives across digital, social, email, web, print, events, and partnership channels
  • Coordinate marketing deliverables, including email campaigns, website updates, social media content, digital advertising, product labels, brochures, submission forms, press releases, and trade show materials
  • Be a primary point of contact for internal customers initiating work within the department or checking the status of jobs already in progress
  • Liaise with outside marketing agencies, third-party vendors, and strategic partners
  • Coordinate all communication regarding deliverable materials, deadlines, and any special information as it relates to marketing materials and programs
  • Write and edit content and copy across different platforms, ensuring consistency of message, brand standards, and effectiveness among all forms of communication
  • Maintain inventory and organization of promotional materials, signage, and event assets
  • Assist with administrative and project coordination tasks to help ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives
  • Research competitive products and services
  • Attend trade shows and events as needed
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a marketing coordinator for an advertising, PR agency, or other large company with multiple concurrent projects
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized, process-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel
  • Knowledge of the collectibles space a plus
