What You’ll Do as a Team Member

As a Team Member at Sky Zone, you’ll play a key role in making our grand opening and daily operations a success. You’ll be the face of our park, ensuring every guest has a safe, fun, and unforgettable time. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming guests with a friendly attitude and assisting with check-ins.
  • Monitoring trampoline areas to ensure safety and enforce park rules.
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times.
  • Assisting with events, parties, and group activities.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the park.
What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role or similar position.
