Summary: ATS is seeking a Receptionist to support the inspection facility in Colorado by ensuring efficient front desk operations and maintaining best practices. The role also provides flexible support during peak workload periods and extended staff absences.


Responsibilities/Duties:ย 

  • Open and close the front lobby entrance/reception area.
  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Announce visitors to the appropriate host.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures (update and monitor visitor log, check IDโ€™s, issue visitor badges, and any other required task).
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls on the main phone line.
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and stocked with all necessary materials.
  • Provide accurate information in-person, by phone, and via email.
  • Follow emergency protocols as required.
  • Request Certificates of Insurance (COIs) as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proven capacity to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
  • Skilled in interacting effectively with clients and employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated commitment to learning and adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Must pass a drug screen and maintain a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
