Job Summary and Qualifications

Under the guidance and direction of the Director of Nursing and the Chief Nursing Officer, provides nursing leadership for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care and safety in assigned areas of responsibility.ย 

Collaborates with physicians and other departments to coordinate the needs of patients and their families.

ย Manages resources in a fiscally responsible manner.ย 

Supports the mission and vision of the facility, division and company.ย 

Assures quality care through the initiation and evaluation of patient care utilizing performance improvement process.ย 

What qualifications you will need:

ย Must hold a current RN license from the Missouri Board of Professional Registration or an active compact license. American Heart Association or American Red Crossย 

BLS and ACLS required upon hire. Certification in area of specialty preferred.

ยทENPC (Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course) OR PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) upon hire and TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) OR ATCN (Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses) required within one year of hire.
