Job description

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a high-impact technology transformation program. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving large-scale modernization initiatives, aligning business and technology stakeholders on a common target state, and delivering complex, multi-phase programs with measurable business outcomes.

 

This role requires strong organizational change management capabilities, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead large onsite teams in dynamic, high-visibility environments.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage large-scale technology transformation and modernization programs.

  • Drive organizational change management initiatives to align business and technology teams on future-state architecture and solutions.

  • Build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups, including business leaders, technology teams, vendors, and external partners.

  • Guide the organization through transformation initiatives while maintaining focus on strategic objectives and target-state outcomes.

  • Oversee migration of legacy systems to modern platforms, ensuring minimal business disruption and maximum operational efficiency.

  • Establish and maintain robust program governance frameworks, risk management strategies, and performance monitoring mechanisms.
