As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), you’ll work one-on-one with individuals in their homes, helping them regain function, confidence, and quality of life.

What You’ll Do:
  • Carry out treatment plans developed by a licensed occupational therapist

  • Help patients regain strength, motor skills, coordination, and daily living capabilities

  • Document patient progress accurately and communicate changes to the care team

  • Ensure home environments are safe and conducive to continued improvement

  • Educate families on techniques to support patient recovery and independence

What You Bring:
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

  • Certification: Certified by the American Occupational Therapy Association

  • Experience: 1+ year of hands-on experience in occupational therapy preferred

  • Requirements:

    • CPR certification

    • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

    • Spanish fluency required to serve our diverse patient population

  • Skills: Compassionate communicator with a collaborative, team-first mindset
