This position is a remote role, allowing greater flexibility in scheduling while also offering the option to work from our outpatient office in Aurora. The environment is collaborative and supportive, with an emphasis on team-based approaches to treatment. Regular team meetings and workshops ensure that all counselors stay aligned with our organizational goals and the latest developments in mental health practice.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy, tailored to each client’s circumstances.
• Engage with clients in individual, group, and family therapy settings to facilitate healing and personal growth.
• Maintain up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring tight adherence to confidentiality regulations.
• Participate in continuous professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and remain abreast of best practices in the mental health field.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care and ensure seamless integration of services.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Colorado.
• At least two years of experience in a counseling role, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical guidelines in mental health practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.

While not mandatory, candidates with experience specializing in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use treatment are highly preferred. Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and related technologies will be an advantage as it aligns with our workflow.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, contingent on experience and caseload availability.
