Job Description We are seeking an Email Deployment Specialist to join our client communications team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Adobe Campaign, Journey Optimizer, and email QA and a proven ability to execute accurate, on-time deployments and resolve issues quickly. Responsibilities: Deploy and review emails through Adobe Campaign and Journey Optimizer, including time-sensitive communications. Perform thorough pre-send QA to verify rendering, links, tracking, and layouts across desktop, mobile, and webmail clients. Ensure brand consistency, formatting, and content integrity across all outbound emails for the team. Monitor performance metrics including opens, clicks, bounces, and deliverability, and distribute regular reports with insights. Create reusable, standards-compliant Outlook email templates for MS Office and maintain a template library. Diagnose and resolve rendering glitches, delivery failures, and sending errors with root-cause analysis and corrective actions. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience deploying email campaigns through Adobe Campaign and Journey Optimizer. Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS for email across Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail, and major clients. Demonstrated email QA experience with cross-device and cross-client testing. Familiarity with email performance metrics and the ability to interpret and report on campaign data. Ability to build and maintain reusable email templates, with specific Outlook/MS Office compatibility. Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve rendering, delivery, and sending issues. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and poise under time-sensitive requests. Preferred Skills: Experience in a regulated industry such as financial services.
