HealthyLine is looking for an Email Marketing & CRM Manager with a specialization in health & wellness marketing to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for leveraging sophisticated email marketing strategies and CRM management to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in digital marketing, with a profound expertise in using Klaviyo and other CRM platforms to create impactful, data-driven campaigns that resonate with both B2B and B2C audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive email marketing strategies to enhance engagement and drive sales, using Klaviyo to manage email campaigns and automate marketing communications.
  • Develop and execute aligned SMS strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate email/sms marketing with broader marketing campaigns, ensuring a cohesive communication strategy across all channels.
  • Manage and optimize CRM processes to improve customer data analysis and segmentation, facilitating targeted and personalized marketing efforts.
  • Oversee the creation of email content, including design, copywriting, and A/B testing to ensure high open and click-through rates.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of email marketing campaigns and CRM initiatives, using analytics to drive improvements and innovation in our approach.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in email marketing and CRM technologies, applying best practices to continuously enhance our strategies and systems.
  • Work closely with IT and web development teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM systems with other digital platforms within HealthyLine.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs.

Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in email marketing and CRM management, with strong practical experience in Klaviyo.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, tracking, and analytics.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email strategy and CRM systems.
  • experience in CRM marketing, including email, push notifications, lifecycle management
  • Proficiency in Freshsales CRM, including journey building and dynamic content creation
  • Excellent skills in data analysis and campaign performance evaluation.
  • Strong project management abilities, capable of leading initiatives across multiple departments and aligning team efforts to organizational goals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Knowledge of the latest digital marketing tools and technologies, with a particular focus on email marketing automation and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
