  • Eliminate ambiguity so creative teams can execute efficiently with minimal revisions
  • Manage the approval across key stakeholders that include leadership, legal and location leads

Centralized Communication & Information Management
  • Act as the single source of truth for all marketing initiatives
  • Ensure all stakeholders have access to accurate, up-to-date information
  • Maintain organized documentation across campaigns, timelines, and assets
  • Proactively identify missing information and close gaps before they impact execution

Meeting Coordination & Accountability
  • Prepare agendas and lead weekly marketing syncs and project check-ins
  • Capture clear notes, decisions, and action items
  • Assign ownership and ensure follow-through across teams
  • Track outstanding tasks and proactively follow up to maintain momentum

  • Coordinate production of printed and physical marketing materials (in-store, events, out-of-home)
  • Manage relationships with print vendors and production partners
  • Ensure assets are delivered on time and meet brand and quality standards
  • Maintain organized asset libraries and version control
  • Ensure compliance for in-store executions

Vendor & Partner Coordination
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for agencies, PR firms, influencers, and event partners
  • Be able to drive the conversation and challenge partners on behalf of the brand
  • Ensure deliverables, timelines, and expectations are met
  • Track outputs and escalate issues when needed

  • Track metrics such as leads, CPL, CPA, conversion rates, event performance, and influencer ROI, and channel performance
  • Update metrics daily / weekly
  • Monitor performance vs. targets and flag variances
  • Surface performance trends and flag variances for leadership review with clear plans on how to iterate and improve

Reporting & Executive Communication
  • Lead weekly marketing report-outs, including initiative status, campaign progress, KPIs, risks, and blockers
  • Deliver clear, structured, and actionable updates to leadership

Brand Execution & Quality Control
  • Working closely with our in-house creative team, ensure all creative outputs align with LumiVita brand standards, tone, and positioning
  • Maintain consistency across all customer touchpoints - digital, physical, and in-location

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 4-6+ years in marketing operations, project management, or brand management
  • Experience in consumer-facing, service-based businesses (wellness, fitness, beauty, hospitality, or med spa preferred)
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Strong experience working closely with creative teams (design, content, production)
  • Analytical and KPI-driven, with comfort tracking performance metrics
  • Proactive communicator who anticipates needs and solves problems before they arise
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
