We are searching for a highly organized and proactive individual to step into a critical role, acting as the operational backbone for our creative and marketing teams. You will be instrumental in ensuring every project, from initial concept to omni-channel delivery, stays on track, on time, and on budget, directly contributing to the brand's success and customer engagement.
How You'll Contribute to the Team's Success
  • Build, maintain, and meticulously track detailed project plans and schedules, primarily utilizing advanced Excel capabilities, for critical seasonal milestones (e.g., Fall 2026/Early 2027 planning) and high-priority digital and brand initiatives.
  • Facilitate seamless communication and alignment across diverse internal creative, digital, and marketing stakeholders, ensuring all teams are synchronized and informed.
  • Lead engaging meetings, meticulously drive agendas, capture detailed notes and recaps, and proactively ensure every team member understands their deadlines and dependencies.
  • Proactively identify and address potential bottlenecks, skillfully manage shifting project scopes, and adeptly navigate quick leadership pivots, implementing rapid solutions to maintain project momentum.
  • Keep all stakeholders consistently updated with clear, concise progress reports and status documentation, escalating any potential risks early to minimize disruption and ensure smooth project flow.
  • Establish and uphold clear quality expectations for all deliverables, and effectively coordinate with external vendors or suppliers when specialized third-party support is required.

Who You Are
Must-Have Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of proven project management experience, specifically within a retail, creative agency, or corporate marketing operations environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail/Marketing Management, Project Management, or a closely related field.
  • A deep and comprehensive understanding of retail/marketing development lifecycles, creative asset workflows, and the intricacies of omni-channel content execution.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, demonstrating the ability to create, format, and manage complex project tracking sheets with ease.
  • Strong experience navigating and leveraging collaboration tools such as Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
  • A self-sufficient drive, capable of owning tasks from inception to completion with minimal managerial oversight.
  • A confident communicator, comfortable leading meetings, asking insightful, probing questions, and respectfully holding team members accountable to their timelines.
  • Possess a solutions-oriented agility, adapting seamlessly when priorities shift and managing last-minute changes with composure and effectiveness.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot / CoWork tools.
