Marketing Specialist

LOCATION Enact Headquarters, Raleigh, NC Hybrid Schedule YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Campaign Management: Design, implement, and refine marketing campaigns for product and brand initiatives.
  • Customer Segmentation: Develop segment-specific collateral and targeted campaigns.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate and execute customer-facing events, trade shows, and internal employee gatherings.
  • Content Creation: Produce compelling copy for blogs, email campaigns, social media, and other marketing assets.
  • Creative Design: Use Canva or Adobe Creative Suite to craft marketing collateral.
  • Digital Marketing: Drive email marketing, management web content, execute and paid social media strategies.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with exposure to a range of disciplines
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects, with strong process orientation and the ability to define and coordinate goals, tasks, and timelines in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with marketing technologies across email automation, analytics, SEO, web platforms, creative tools, AI applications, and workflow management systems (e.g., Marketo, Google Analytics, SEMrush, WordPress, Adobe Creative Cloud, Midjourney, Asana)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and presenting to senior leadership
  • Exceptional writing and editing proficiency
  • Experience sourcing and managing external vendors
