JOB DESCRIPTION

Stasis is growing its marketing team and is seeking an energetic, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the Director of Marketing & Communications to execute external communications strategies and campaigns across industry events and conferences, digital marketing, product launches, content development, and branding.  

This role will work closely with sales, engineering, operations, and third-party vendors to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and product marketing. Ability to translate technical concepts into compelling content and visual storytelling across multiple channels is essential.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong project management, event planning, and cross-collaboration skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

External Communications & Content Development

  • Coordinate marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, and event channels.
  • Develop content and visuals for social media, website updates, email campaigns, brochures, presentations, case studies, and technical sales materials. Ensure consistent messaging and brand standards.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop compelling technical and customer-focused content (writing and visual storytelling).
  • Assist with photography, video production, and multimedia content initiatives.
  • Maintain and organize marketing assets, content libraries, and brand resources.

Events & Trade Shows

  • Coordinate logistics and marketing activities for industry trade shows, conferences, customer events, and sponsorships.
  • Support event planning and execution including budgeting, vendor coordination, registration, and post-event reporting.
  • Manage marketing collateral, promotional items, booth materials, signage, and event communications in coordination with external agencies, designers, media partners, and vendors.

Digital Marketing & Analytics 

  • Maintain and update the company website, including content and SEO/AEO optimization.
  • Create and schedule social media content aligned with marketing campaigns, events, and company initiatives.
  • Monitor digital marketing performance (website, social media) and recommend improvements based on analytics and engagement metrics.
  • Support lead generation and business development initiatives through research and data analysis.
  • Assist with marketing automation strategies. Experience with HubSpot preferred.

Keep metrics realistic, aligned with business priorities, and suitable for annual performance reviews.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field. 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or related role. 
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Ability to transform technical concepts into clear, engaging, and customer-focused content.
  • Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail and demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously. 
  • Experience planning and coordinating industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events. 
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, website content management, social media content planning, SEO & AEO, and email marketing.
  • Working knowledge with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing, or graphic design tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • Experience in the oil and gas, energy, industrial technology, or oilfield services sectors preferred. 
  • Understanding drilling operations, managed pressure drilling, or energy technologies.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM and marketing automation platforms.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Work in an office environment with the ability to lift 20 lbs as required. 

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

  • 10% travel (U.S.) for industry events and tradeshows as required.
