SUMMARY
The Marketing Manager is a M arketing S trategy and E xecution expert driving product and service marketing across Qcells , USA's Module and EPC businesses. This position's primary focus is M odule and EPC sales E nablement - converting market positioning, product differentiation, and policy insight ( IRA D omestic Content credit FEOC restrictions) into the marketing promotions contest, video media collateral and processes that Sales use to win EPC deals.
The critical qualification is B2B marketing experience and renewable energy, clean energy , or infrastructure , combined with a strong sales enablement or product - marketing discipline. Above all, the successful candidate understands that IRA domestic contents , bonus credit and inspire implications, FEOC restrictions and technology advantages - and can translate that into pitch decks, proposal content, competitive marketing positioning. An RFP response materials that hold up front of utility scale buyers, developers and IPPS . The role works in closed day-to-day coordination with the sales team while carrying consistent messaging across the same channel as marketing communication owns broadly exhibitions that customer event and internal communications where those touchpoints intersect with active pipeline. Success in this role requires working fluency in the US utility scale Solar market, disciplined marketing budget, ROI analysis, and brand consistency across all outputs. It also requires the judgment to convert market positioning and policy into sales ready narratives that advance both the sales pipeline and the market intelligence and communication teams mandate.
This position reports to the Head of Market Intelligence & Communication or another management personnel that the CEO of the Company may designate . This position is Hybrid located i n Houston , TX o ffice reporting to the office up t o 4 days per week and working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 6:00pm local time . This position is expected to trav el up to 40 % .

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Strategy & Market Positioning
  • Own the sales-facing marketing strategy that positions Qcells EPC as the leading integrated solutions provider in the U.S. utility-scale market, translating market intelligence and policy dynamics (IRA Domestic Content bonus credit, FEOC restrictions) into a differentiated, buyer-relevant value proposition.
  • Continuously assess competitor positioning and market shifts , adjusting messaging strategy to keep Qcells EPC's differentiation current and defensible .

Marketing Initiative Planning & Budget Approval
  • Build the business case, budget, and ROI justification for new marketing initiatives, and manage the initiative through HQ's approval process from proposal to sign-off.
  • Own the end-to-end planning and execution of approved initiatives, ensuring delivery stays within approved scope and budget.

Sales Enablement Content & Collateral
  • Direct the full library of sales-facing materials - pitch decks, proposal templates, one-pagers, case studies, and technical/commercial capability documents - ensuring every asset reflects current strategy, brand standards, and market positioning.
  • Manage external creative and video agencies to sustain a weekly content cadence for sales-supporting assets.

Account-Based Marketing & RFP Support
  • Design and execute account-based marketing programs targeting priority developers (IPPs), EPCs, and utility-scale buyers, aligning content and messaging to each target account's specific position in the pipeline.
  • Own the RFP/RFI response process for Marketing-owned content, maintaining a current library of reusable, compliant response language that reflects the broader positioning strategy.
  • Coordinate with Legal, Project Finance, and Systems Integration to ensure proposal content reflects accurate technical and commercial positioning.
  • Regular attendance , in accordance with company's attendance policy and supervisory assignment , is an essential job duty requirement for this position
  • Perform other duties and special projects , as assigned by Management

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum 6+ years in B2B marketing, sales enablement, or product marketing , with direct experience marketing to utility-scale solar developers, EPCs, IPPs, or comparable infrastructure buyers in renewable energy, clean energy, or infrastructure.
• Working knowledge of the U.S. utility-scale solar market, including IRA provisions, domestic content requirements, FEOC restrictions, and the broader federal policy context.
• Demonstrated experience building sales collateral, RFP/proposal content, and marketing positioning content for B2B marketing and sales.
• Direct experience partnering with Sales and Business Development functions at the account or pipeline level.
• Experience tracking marketing budgets, invoices, and ROI, including variance monitoring and structured reporting to leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical/policy content into sales-ready narratives.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Account-based marketing (ABM) experience in the EPC or renewable energy industry, ideally including direct marketing experience to project developers/IPPs.
• Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce) and marketing analytics/reporting platforms (Tableau, Power BI).
• Demonstrated experience building and gaining approval for marketing initiatives through a formal corporate budget approval process - including business case development, ROI justification, and stakeholder sign-off.
