Ingenieur conception mecanique - cout de produit
Sous la supervision du directeur - Chaine d'approvisionnement, l'ingenieur - approvisionnement a pour mission de piloter des projets d'ingenierie visant a reduire les couts d'approvisionnement et a reduire les risques de rupture d'approvisionnement de pieces.
Principales responsabilites
- En etroite collaboration avec l'equipe d'ingenierie de soutien, evalue les possibilites de modifier le design de pieces pour permettre des reductions de couts ou pour reduire les risques de rupture d'approvisionnement;
- Travaille en etroite collaboration avec les fournisseurs actuels de pieces pour concretiser des possibilites de reduction de couts;
- Identifie des reductions de couts pouvant impliquer de nouveaux fournisseurs de pieces
- Lorsqu'un projet de modification de design est approuve :
- Propose les nouveaux designs
- Identifie les risques
- Evalue la faisabilite avec les equipes d'approvisionnement et d'ingenierie
- Valide la conformite en regard des normes applicables
- Valide les designs avec l'equipe Qualite
- Prepare les plans
- Developpe les prototypes avec l'equipe fabrication
- Introduit les changements de design
- Maintien une vigie sur l'evolution des materiaux, des technologies, des methodes d'assemblage, etc.
Bagage recherche
- Baccalaureat en genie mecanique
- Membre de l'OIQ
- 5 -10 ans d'experience pertinente
- Connaissance avancee des outils de conception mecanique
- Anglais parle et ecrit niveau avance, les echanges avec les fournisseurs sont principalement en anglais.
Profil recherche
- Excellentes habiletes de communication, autant en anglais qu'en francais;
- Rigueur, souci du detail;
- Habiletes manuelles naturelles;
- Aptitude a gerer plusieurs mandats simultanes
