Summary

The Campaign Manageris responsible fordeveloping, executing, andoptimizingintegrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, lead generation, and pipeline for New Charter Technologies. This role partners closely with Sales, the MDF Manager, and external vendors to deliver campaigns across digital, email, events, and partner channels.We have 2 positions available.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, and manage integrated marketing campaigns from brief to execution across email, digital, social, and event channels.

  • Develop campaign calendars and project plans, ensuringtimelydelivery of all campaign assets.

  • Write and edit campaigncopyincluding emails, landing pages, ads, and social posts.

  • Manage digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn) including targeting, budget pacing, and optimization.

  • Coordinate with the MDF Manager on partner-co-funded campaigns to ensure compliance with partner requirements.

  • Analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools andoptimizebased on results.

  • Work with brand and corporate communications team tosupport campaign production.

  • Support the marketing team with eventlogisticsfor virtual and in-person events.

  • Deliver regular campaign performance reports to marketing leadership and key stakeholders.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • 3-5 years of B2B marketing campaign management experience.

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).

  • Proficiencywith digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).

  • Strong copywriting skills and an eye for design in campaign asset development.

  • Experience with marketing analytics and reporting (Google Analytics, CRM-based reporting).

  • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • IT services or technology sector experience preferred.

  • Estimated Compensation Range:$60,000 - $85,000 base
