About the Job:

The Roof Professional at Coastal Elite Roofing will be responsible for performing comprehensive solutions for both residential and commercial properties. Our top priority is completing our jobs with quality craftsmanship and the finest materials. Each team member shares our company's values, ensuring each job is completed at the highest level of professionalism. The Roof Professional's position responsibilities will include several customary operations for job sites.
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience is required. Roofing experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
  • Must be able to physically climb a ladder and walk on a roof.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Must be able to climb a roof to physically inspect and assess any damage to the roof.
  • Generate new leads and business opportunities by networking and prospecting.
  • Determine and present the best options for the homeowner to serve their roofing needs.
  • Write and review contracts.
  • Effectively communicate with customers, management, office staff, and field personnel regarding all aspects of the sales process.
  • Create your own schedule to optimize your success.
