Job description

The Role:

You will be responsible for running company-provided leads and building your own pipeline. That means showing up to inspections, building accurate estimates, presenting professionally, following up consistently, and closing. You will also be expected to door knock active job sites, build referral relationships, and grow your book of business over time.

This is a high-autonomy role. You will not be micromanaged. You will be held to your numbers.

What you will do:

• Run company-provided leads — inspect, estimate, present, and close

• Build and deliver Good/Better/Best estimates using our AccuLynx CRM

• Follow up consistently on all open prospects — we use a structured 3/6/10 cadence

• Door knock active job sites to generate neighbor leads

• Build relationships with referral sources — real estate agents, insurance agents, property managers

• Log everything in AccuLynx — leads, estimates, communication, and status updates

• Hit $100,000 in monthly closed revenue

What we offer:

Compensation

This is a full commission role with earning potential tied directly to your performance. The structure rewards reps who close consistently and even more so for those who push past quota. Details will be discussed during the interview process.

Company Support

• Consistent company-provided leads from multiple sources including internet, Angi, referrals, and Rosie on the House

• Full CRM setup and training — AccuLynx and ReferPro

• Company shirts, hat, and business cards provided

• GAF Master Elite and Polyglass certifications behind your name

• 18 years of local reputation working in your favor at every door

Equipment and Vehicle

This is a 1099 role. You will need your own vehicle, fuel, and equipment including a ladder. A company ladder is available at the start while you get set up. If providing your own vehicle and equipment is a barrier, reach out — we are open to discussing an alternative arrangement that works for the right candidate.

What we are looking for:

• 1 to 2 years of sales experience required — any industry considered, but you need to be able to demonstrate you know how to sell

• Prior roofing sales experience is a plus — if you have sold roofing before, tell us

• Exception: candidates with 2 or more years of hands-on experience on the production side of roofing specifically may be considered even without formal sales experience — the right person with that background can develop the sales side. This will be evaluated case by case.

• Comfortable getting on roofs and doing physical inspections

• Strong communicator — in person, on the phone, and in writing

• Self-motivated and comfortable working without constant supervision

• Organized and detail-oriented — CRM compliance is not optional here

• Hungry to build a book of business, not just run assigned leads

Performance Expectations:

Monthly quota is $100,000 in closed residential revenue. We provide the leads, the tools, the training, and the support. In return we expect you to show up, work the process, and hit your number.
