  • Job Type: Full-time

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday (Predictable daytime hours, no weekends)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, clinically driven General Dentist & Implantologist to join a thriving, high-production, state-of-the-art practice. This role is ideal for a skilled clinician who excels in comprehensive general dentistry but also possesses advanced expertise in surgical implant placement and restoration. You will step into an established patient base with an exceptional internal referral pipeline, allowing you to maximize your clinical autonomy and earning potential from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive Care: Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic oral health conditions, delivering top-tier restorative, cosmetic, and general dental care.

  • Implant Dentistry: Perform comprehensive implant consultations, standard and surgical extractions, bone grafting, and the surgical placement and restoration of dental implants.

  • Treatment Planning: Formulate and present clear, comprehensive treatment plans to patients, emphasizing long-term oral health and maximizing case acceptance.

  • Clinical Leadership: Collaborate seamlessly with an experienced, high-functioning team of hygienists, assistants, and front-desk coordinators to maintain a smooth daily workflow.

  • Documentation: Maintain precise, detailed patient records and charting in compliance with standard clinical guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited dental school.

  • Licensure: Active and unrestricted State Dental License (or eligibility to obtain).

  • Clinical Experience: 2+ years of clinical private practice experience is preferred, with a proven and verifiable track record in surgical implant placement.

  • Certifications: Active DEA registration and CPR/BLS certification.
