Presently, we continue to challenge ourselves, expanding our product range to include electronics and home appliances, while consistently providing customers with products showcasing the latest technology, all at affordable prices.    


Primary Function:

As the Director of Sales at Element Electronics, you'll spearhead strategic sales initiatives to propel revenue growth and bolster our market presence. Leading a dynamic team of representatives and sales analysts, you'll cultivate a culture of excellence and collaboration to surpass sales targets and exceed customer expectations. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to meet company objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Leading and mentoring the sales team, providing guidance and ongoing training to optimize performance and foster professional development.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders across all product categories.
  • Conducting thorough market research and analysis to inform sales strategies, product development efforts, and drive business growth within the electronics industry.
  • Monitoring competition, gathering marketplace information, and recommending changes in products, service, and policy to maintain competitiveness.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, ensure alignment, and provide customized solutions for sales initiatives.
  • Preparing accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
  • Partnering with third-party providers, resolving customer complaints, and contributing to enterprise-wide efforts. 
  • Driving continuous improvement in sales processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Staying informed about industry developments, competition, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Performing other assigned duties as necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales management, preferably in electronics or related industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, achieve revenue targets, and drive business growth.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to inform decision-making and drive performance.
