Location

  • Paid Training: West Los Angeles (Westwood), CA
  • Permanent Work Location: Culver City, CA


Available Shifts

  • 1st Shift: Monday-Friday | 4:00 AM-12:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 12:30 PM-9:00 PM

In this role you will help build and inspect advanced wireless communication systems used in defense, public safety, and mission-critical operations. If you have experience with electronics manufacturing, PCBA inspection, soldering, rework, or repair, this is your opportunity to grow your career with an industry leader.


What You'll Do

  • Inspect, test, troubleshoot, and verify electronic assemblies and PCBAs
  • Perform soldering, rework, and repair on SMT and through-hole components
  • Ensure products meet IPC, engineering, and customer quality standards
  • Document defects and inspection results while supporting root cause analysis
  • Work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to continuously improve product quality
  • Complete paid training in West Los Angeles before transitioning to the new Culver City facility


What We're Looking For

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in electronics manufacturing, assembly, inspection, rework, or repair
  • Experience reading work instructions, drawings, or basic schematics


Preferred Qualifications

  • IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001 Certification
  • PCBA inspection or electronics troubleshooting experience
  • RF, wireless communications, or high-reliability electronics experience
  • Experience using microscopes, hand tools, and electronic test equipment
