What you will do:

Amusement Technician Manager - The Rec Room

The Rec Room's Amusement Technician Managers are an integral part of the team provide an exceptional gaming experience to each and every guest. Our amusement staff members are passionate about gaming and entertainment and look to bring their experience towards providing an exciting and engaging environment.

In this role, your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Assist in the repair and maintenance of gaming equipment by consistently evaluating all equipment and proactively determining potential problems and solutions when they occur.
  • Provide occasional guidance to the primary function of others, including training and guidance to solve any problems that may pop up.
  • Prepare and submit to management summary reports listing conditions found in the performance of assigned work and recommend and/or suggest action to be taken.
  • Comply with all safety procedures, maintaining good housekeeping and safety of work areas.
  • Maintain compliance with Federal, Provincial, Municipal, Ordinances, Codes, or Laws.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:

This role may be a perfect fit for you if:

  • You have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • You have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar environment, preferably in a management role.
  • You have experience with preventative maintenance, diagnostic abilities and repairs, and a thorough knowledge of gaming equipment principles and operation.
  • You have schedule flexibility to work extended hours as required.
