Job Title: Electronic Technician
Location: Prudhoe Bay, AK 99734
Duration: 6+ Months
Pay Rate: $22.00–$25.00/hr (W-2)
Shift: 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off, 12+ hours per day while on shift

Job Summary:
The Electronic Technician is responsible for maintaining and supporting equipment to meet operational demands while improving maintenance efficiency, asset reliability, and productivity within the Maintenance Base (MB).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain assigned equipment in accordance with maintenance programs, reliability-centered maintenance strategies, and standard work procedures.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of equipment maintenance activities, materials, labor, and parts using CMMS and TLM business systems.
  • Improve asset uptime by reducing maintenance-related downtime and nonproductive time.
  • Comply with TLM Product Line standards and the TLM Competency Management System.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset utilization, turnaround time, and cost of service delivery (CoSD).
  • Support efficiency and productivity improvements for Maintenance Technicians.
  • Implement CoSD projects, including planned repair and reuse of parts.
  • Participate in failure investigations as assigned.
