• Conduct individual therapy sessions that address a variety of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Gather and analyze clinical data to assess treatment effectiveness and maintain the highest standards of care.
• Document client interactions and maintain accurate, up-to-date records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans that meet the diverse needs of clients.
• Stay abreast of current research and best practices in mental health therapy to continually enhance your clinical skills.
• Ensure confidentiality and facilitate an environment of trust with all clients.

The patients you will serve encompass a broad spectrum, including individuals struggling with various psychological and emotional challenges. Your role requires sensitivity and adaptability to work with diverse populations including children, adolescents, and adults, providing tailored treatment that fosters healing and resilience. The diversity of our clients enriches your practice, exposing you to different perspectives and challenges.

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in an outpatient mental health setting.
• A Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling from an accredited institution, which has equipped you with the necessary theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
• An active and unrestricted LPC license is required to practice in the state of Oregon.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, characterized by empathy, active listening, and an understanding of client needs.
• The ability to work independently, manage a flexible schedule, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in utilizing digital tools and electronic health records for effective documentation and communication.

• Experience in providing telehealth services is highly desirable, as it aligns with our commitment to innovative and accessible care.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care approaches and evidence-based therapeutic methodologies.
• Background in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, and generous paid time off.
