Work Environment

This role will be conducted in a fully remote setting, allowing flexibility while maintaining a strong connection with team members and clients through telehealth platforms. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct therapeutic sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities to address a variety of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal challenges.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on thorough client assessments, ensuring to adapt these plans according to ongoing client progress and feedback.
  • Utilize digital health record systems to maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare professionals to craft comprehensive treatment strategies that address all aspects of a client’s well-being.
  • Stay updated with the latest research, clinical best practices, and innovations in mental health therapy, integrating these into your practice.
  • Uphold confidentiality and a high standard of care by adhering to ethical guidelines and maintaining professional boundaries in all patient interactions.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with a diverse patient population, encompassing adults, adolescents, and families from varying socio-economic backgrounds. This role involves understanding and respecting the unique cultural, societal, and personal factors that influence each individual's mental health journey. Your ability to provide tailored support and treatment is crucial in helping these patients overcome obstacles and improve their quality of life.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Professional Counseling from an accredited institution, ensuring a solid theoretical foundation in counseling practice.
  • An active and unrestricted license to practice as an LPC in Oregon.
  • A minimum of three years of experience working in an outpatient mental health setting, demonstrating your effectiveness in therapy and a thorough understanding of client care.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, along with a strong commitment to empathetic engagement and active listening in therapeutic contexts.
  • Proficiency with electronic health record systems and standard digital communication tools for efficient client management and engagement.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in delivering therapy via telehealth, as our model emphasizes remote service delivery.
  • Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care approaches.
  • Background in working with diverse populations, particularly those who face systemic barriers to mental health services.
Compensation and Benefits
