Position summary:
Provide operational and administrative support by monitoring and controlling computer and peripheral electronic data processing equipment to process business, scientific, engineering, and other operational data.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and operate computer systems and peripheral electronic data processing equipment.
  • Process business, scientific, engineering, and operational data according to established instructions and procedures.
  • Prepare, edit, format, proofread, and finalize documents using word processing software.
  • Review documents for accuracy in grammar, punctuation, spelling, formatting, and arithmetic calculations.
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets, charts, graphs, reports, and presentations.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in computer operations, administrative support, word processing, or data entry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong knowledge of business English, spelling, grammar, punctuation, and basic arithmetic.
  • Ability to proofread and correct documents accurately.
Preferred Qualification:
