Job description

Kolb Electric, Inc. is looking for qualified and experienced ESTIMATOR for Design Build Service Level Projects to join our dynamic team for our Northern, Virginia Servicing Location.

The ideal candidate will have a background in lead electrician, field electrical work. Estimators will be able to visit residential, commercial and property management customers requesting solution driven contract pricing. This estimator will be able to evaluate the customer's needs, formulate the required scope of work, detail a material list and labor hours required for any service level project.

Customer communication, vendor relationships and staff leadership is essential for this position.

Excel and Microsoft Office is a plus.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of Lead Electrician or Estimator experience
  • Professional license Preferred (we will assist you in acquiring)
  • Background and drug screen required
