Job description

Industrial Motor Design Engineer

·                  Supports the department’s Subject Mater Expert (SME) in the sizing, design, mechanical drawings and testing of electric motors operating at speeds up to 70,000 rpm used in our fans, pumps and compressors.

·                  Performs electromagnetic, thermal, and mechanical analysis using simulation tools (FEA/CFD).

·                  Creates detailed CAD models, drawings, and manufacturing documentation.

·                  Develops motor performance specifications and validation test plans. Conducts performance testing (efficiency, torque, speed, thermal, vibration, noise).

·                  Analyzes and optimize motor efficiency.

·                  Bachelor’s degree (BS) in Mechanical, Electrical
