Electrical Design Lead

Direct Start is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer with 5–10 years of experience to manage and lead electrical engineering design and advisory services. The role involves overseeing electrical scopes of work for complex industrial and manufacturing projects, serving as the Engineer of Record, and supporting project pursuits by developing work plans, design schedules, and fee estimates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage electrical design teams and oversee all aspects of electrical engineering for industrial and manufacturing projects
