Apollo Technical has an immediate need for a Senior electrical engineer in the Raleigh NC area
As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be the technical cornerstone of our most ambitious projects. You won't just design systems; you will orchestrate complex electrical solutions from concept to implementation, ensuring every detail aligns with client goals and industry benchmarks. This role is designed for a strategic thinker who thrives on high-level technical leadership, mentorship, and the opportunity to occasionally transition into Project Management.
Core Responsibilities

  • Technical Stewardship: Lead the electrical design for large-scale projects, providing high-level oversight while maintaining efficiency in Revit-integrated workflows.
  • Quality & Compliance: Approve complex designs, simulations, and calculations. You will serve as the final word on QA/QC, ensuring all outputs meet rigorous industry standards.
  • Project Leadership: Develop comprehensive workplans and adapt strategies to scope changes. You'll be responsible for keeping delivery on schedule and within budget.
  • Construction Administration: Resolve critical field issues through targeted site visits and provide sophisticated responses to complex RFIs.
  • Mentorship: Cultivate the next generation of engineers by providing technical guidance, reviewing work, and fostering a culture of best practices.
  • Client Advisory: Serve as a senior technical resource in meetings, translating complex electrical concepts into actionable insights for clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Education & Licensure: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and an active PE is a plus
