Job Description Senior Electrical Engineer Raleigh, NC | In-Office Job Description: The Senior Electrical Engineer oversees the design, analysis, and implementation of electrical systems for a variety of projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements. This role leads discipline work on medium to large projects and could possibly serve as a project manager on some projects. Required Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.

7+ years of progressive experience in the AEC industry, with a healthcare facilities or university/higher learning institution focus. Expertise with engineering software platforms. Advanced knowledge of industry codes, standards, and QA/QC procedures.

Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, staff development, training, and mentorship. Experience with technical writing and proposal contributions. Relocation support is available.
