What You’ll Do:

  • Lead & Innovate: Take charge of complex electrical engineering designs for power distribution, lighting, life safety, and security systems.
  • Design Excellence: Develop engineering standards, specifications, and drawings for high-impact projects.
  • Mentor & Guide: Coach junior engineers, fostering their technical skills and professional growth.
  • Problem Solve: Analyze intricate design challenges and develop innovative, efficient solutions.
  • Collaborate & Consult: Work closely with construction teams, architects, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensure Quality: Oversee project milestones, conduct field investigations, and review shop drawings and RFIs.

What You Bring:

  • Expertise in power distribution, lighting systems, and low-voltage auxiliary systems such as fire alarms, structured cabling, and access control.
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD for electrical design and coordination.
  • Deep understanding of building system design and multi-disciplinary project coordination.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical building system design and construction.
